What we collect

When you register, book a trial or use the WINGS assistant, we collect what you type: parent or guardian name, phone number, your child’s name and age, the programme you are interested in, and any message you add.

Why we collect it

Only to answer your enquiry — to reply with batch options, timings and trial availability, and to follow up if you ask us to.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your details.
• We do not use them for advertising.
• We do not share a child’s details outside WINGS without your consent.

How enquiries are handled

Form submissions are delivered through Netlify Forms and are visible only to the WINGS team. Submissions are screened by Netlify’s spam filtering and Google reCAPTCHA; using the form means those services receive the request. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own policy.

Photographs of children

Describe the WINGS photo-consent process here: when photographs are taken, where they may appear, and how a parent can withdraw consent. No child photographs appear on this website until that is confirmed.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising cookies. Your browser may store a short record of recent form submissions on your own device to limit duplicate sends; it never leaves your device.

How long we keep it

State the retention period here — for example, enquiry details kept for twelve months unless a child enrols.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the details you have sent. Call 8469698636 or message us on WhatsApp.
